These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c667 ("c667", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the c667 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://c667.io ("the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on c667 under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must be used solely by the registered Account holder.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through c667 tools or imposed by a third-party responsible gaming programme.

c667 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the c667 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawal amounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. c667 relies on registration data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming enforcement. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. c667 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify c667 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. c667 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

c667 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence together with proof of residential address. Additional documentation may be requested in connection with large transactions or where fraud indicators are present. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.

4. Deposits

c667 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. c667 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

• c667 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• c667 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that triggers fraud detection systems or cannot be verified against your registered account information.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit, although very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. c667 reserves the right to require this matching for fraud prevention purposes.
• Active Bonus Funds and any Real Money Balance that is subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fulfilled in full.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• c667 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion. Providing false documentation in connection with a withdrawal request constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by c667 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer table games and sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates by game type.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

c667 monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; making low-risk or hedged bets designed to complete Wagering Requirements without exposing real funds to risk; coordinating wagering activity with other players; and exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, c667 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the Account, and withhold withdrawal of any remaining balance pending investigation.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the c667 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are provided through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are governed by the rules applicable to each specific game variant as displayed in the game interface.

• Game results are final once settled by the system. Technical malfunctions void all affected bets and any winnings derived from them.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, c667's server records will be used to determine the outcome. Bets placed before disconnection will be settled in accordance with the server-side game state at the time of disconnection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c667 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to c667 immediately via [email protected].
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing access to the Platform to any person under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to circumvent account closure, self-exclusion orders, or KYC requirements.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the c667 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of c667 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of c667.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

c667 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement. c667 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit and implements industry-standard security measures for data at rest.

11. Responsible Gaming

c667 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The Platform provides the following tools, which are available free of charge to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

13. Termination

c667 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, or any conduct that c667 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or c667's reputation. Upon termination for breach, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any pending withdrawal will be completed in the normal course before closure is finalised.

14. Amendments

c667 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the c667 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a competent court of jurisdiction.
